Ivan and Kimberly Tait
Founders of What Matters Ministries and Missions
Ivan and Kimberly Tait are the founders of What Matters Ministries and Missions (WMMM), Casa Angelina, and The Center in Nakuru, Africa. They have co-partnered with their two oldest daughters and sons-in-law in making What Matters Ministries and Missions the best it can be.
Ivan is an international speaker who travels weekly. He is loved and appreciated everywhere he goes, and people often consider him a very personal friend. His sense of humor helps “the medicine go down” as he is an honest, clear, and impacting speaker. Ivan is the Chief Executive Officer and visionary of WMMM and sets the direction for every department. He is always open and eager to hear the advice and ideas of his board and partners and always looks for agreement before implementing any new idea. With Ivan as the leader and at the helm, every day is an exciting adventure, and the future grows brighter and brighter for all of us who are honored to be involved with him on this journey.
Kimberly is the Chief Operations Officer of WMMM. She is also the international liaison between Africa, Guatemala, and the home office in the United States. She is known as Mama Kimberly at Casa Angelina where she oversees the decisions and the care of the orphans, whom she dearly loves. She also interviews all interns who inquire about volunteering for a year at Casa Angelina. In the US she serves as an overseer of the staff and helps with personnel decisions. She is a key momentum keeper and keeps the fluidity and communication running smoothly between personnel in the different countries. Together, along with the other partners, she is a voice in all important decisions at WMMM.
