Christmas at Casa Angelina is very exciting and this past Christmas was the best yet!!! The kids haven’t stopped talking about how wonderful it was. Our recently completed road became the circuit for all the new bikes and the houses resonated with the sounds of games and play. We all feel so blessed to have celebrated Jesus in such a significant and generous way! Casa Angelina is a different kind of orphanage. From the quality of the property, homes and facilities, to the medical, psychological and spiritual care, we are completely invested in every child we rescue. Our vision is to create new leaders for Guatemala, filled with the Spirit of God, healed and whole, and educated into places of significance. It’s a different journey to go from being an orphan roaming the streets, trying to survive to becoming a successful student and graduate. We praise God and give Him all the glory for the systems, staff, and children He has given us. Our 2023 graduation was another success and we are so proud of all of our children! It enriches their lives in deeps ways to be celebrated and rewarded for their efforts! We celebrated Guatemala’s National Children’s Day with games, challenges, races, piñatas and many special treats throughout the day. All the love and effort we put into teaching these children how special they are is going to bring Jesus glory!
