Regina Perobal is 62 years old. Her husband died 20 years ago of cirrhosis. She has six children, three of whom live with her, as does one grandson. She has diabetes and hasn’t been able to work. Her house was made of adobe. She is so grateful for the new house that What Matters built for her in December 2019 and for all the medical treatment we have provided.
