Remigia Choc is 84 years old. Her husband died in an accident 13 years ago. They had eight children, but sadly, three have passed away. Two of her daughters live with her; one is a widow, and one a single mom.
When Remigia was younger, she was able to study and finish the 2nd grade. We replaced her dilapidated adobe home in November 2019 with a beautiful and secure brick house. We are grateful that we have been able to include her sister María Herminia in the widow program as well. We are taking care of both their needs.
