The Carballo del Cid Family came to Casa Angelina alone and afraid. Both of their parents were sent to prison, and all of the children were sent to live with a very sick grandmother. She was 68 and completely unable to care for them. Because of her living conditions, she was forced to take them to the authorities and asked that they be put in an orphanage. Now the children are so grateful for their many blessings: school, beds, food, friends, church, a medical clinic, and so much more.
