Our Casa Angelina Family is Growing!

Ingrid and her daughter are two of our most recent additions to Casa Angelina! Ingrid was just 12 years old when she got pregnant by her stepfather. On the day of her delivery, someone dropped her off at the hospital, but no one came to visit or pick her up afterwards. The staff immediately recognized this as a case of …

We were all smiles on Easter Sunday! Easter is one of Casa Angelina’s favorite times of the year as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus, our Savior! The Power of Partnership at Casa Angelina

God never ceases to amaze us with the blessing of partnering with you! We always say, “What YOU do matters!” and just three months into this year, we have seen that truth outworked. Many of you have recently partnered with us as water sponsors during this drought, and close to 150 of you have already visited Casa Angelina this year, sowing your time and energy. So much is accomplished when we stand together! Two brand new widows’ homes were constructed and furnished, and our long-awaited Casa Angelina Church is farther along than ever (update coming next month)! You are making a difference!

Breaking the Cycle of Poverty through Education

Our vision at Casa Angelina is to equip our children by being a high education orphanage. We strive to place value upon their lives, and education is one of the impacting ways we do that! We do not believe in simply taking children in, feeding and housing them, and then sending them back into society without the proper tools.

The Joy Of Christmas

Partners, we pray you and your families had an amazing Christmas and New Year! Christmas 2016 was wonderful at Casa Angelina! The orphanage always has an evening FULL of celebrations. Christmas Eve started with a worship service and skit about Jesus, followed by a candlelight service. Afterwards, the children and staff had a themed dinner, set off sparklers at their …

CALL-TO-RESCUE

A Call To Rescue! Meet our Newest Children!

The photos above are the faces of the miracle children God has brought into the Casa Angelina family just THIS YEAR! Each face represents a child that has been rescued from abandonment, abuse, and living lives of fear. We have received more children in this year than in any before. And we want to celebrate with you, our Partners, the rescuing of all of these incredible lives! God is faithful to take care of His children, and as we have begun to hear the stories of abuse that these children have suffered, we feel overwhelmed with joy that they are not living on the streets and in dangerous situations any longer!
