The Burgos family was rescued from a future in sex-trafficking. Their mother was a prostitute and a thief, and their father was an abusive security guard. The children would be drugged each night in order to get them to sleep, and during the day they were left to fend for themselves. Karla would scavenge or steal for food in order to keep them alive. When rescued, they came to us extremely malnourished and completely uneducated. They are flourishing in school and have met their Savior. We believe that these children will have a powerful future in bringing God glory!
